The North Fork of the White is one of the prettiest streams in Missouri. It’s spring fed water is cold and clear and almost always floatable. The trout section we guide on, is appoximately 13 miles running from Rainbow Spring to just below James bridge. The river is inhabited by hard fighting rainbow and brown trout. The rainbow trout are a self sustaining population that has not been helped by stocking since the early sixties. The brown trout are stocked and thriving, growing to sizes reaching into the upper twenty inch range.
